RITMODiag places great importance on protecting your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect, why, how we use it and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law.

Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly and the data generated as you browse:
- Contact and quote-request data: name, email address, phone number, address of the property concerned and any information you freely enter in your messages.
- Browsing data: through cookies and trackers (pages viewed, IP address, visit source, device), only after your consent for non-essential cookies.
Mandatory form fields are indicated; the others are optional.

Data recipients
Your data is intended for RITMODiag internal teams authorised to handle your request (sales, surveyors, administration). It may be shared with providers acting on our behalf (processors within the meaning of the GDPR):
- Our technical processors: our host Hetzner Online GmbH and our customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics and Google Ads services, subject to your consent.
- Public authorities, on request and within the scope of our legal obligations.
We never sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the European Union
We give preference to providers established in the European Union: the Google services we use are provided by Google Ireland Limited. Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.
Retention periods
- Customer data: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years from the last contact.
- Prospect data (quote requests without follow-up): 3 years from collection or the last contact.
- Accounting documents: 10 years, in accordance with our legal obligations.
- Cookies and trackers: 13 months maximum; consent is kept for a maximum of 6 months.
Cookies and trackers
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or customise cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies are placed without your consent. Audience measurement and advertising (Google Analytics, Google Ads) are managed through Google's Consent Mode: no non-essential tracker is activated until you have given your agreement.

- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- Right to restriction and right to object to processing;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- Right to set directives regarding your data after your death.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07).
Data security
RITMODiag implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. Access to data is limited to authorised staff within the scope of their duties.
