2026 got off to a very strong start. With almost 200 survey cases handled per month, 5 field agents available for your property surveys and the development of our franchisees across France, we felt we had hit a glass ceiling with our old software.
Between difficulties in sharing information internally, negative client feedback due to aggressive reminders, specific quotes that were hard to adapt and difficulties in steering our business, we launched actions at the very start of this year with the aim of developing our own client management software.
A large-scale project that we are proud to have been able to complete in just a few months. Since 1 April 2026, we have been gradually migrating our clients, as a priority, to RITMODiag's backbone. And today, 22 June 2026, we continue to broaden our horizons with a brand-new partner area and a mobile app in beta already available on the Apple store. The RITMODiag app. The Android app should follow suit shortly, already submitted to the Google Play store for approval.
A simple start and unlimited possibilities
Already 500 cases handled by our new system! More than 100 users.
A flying start. We remain focused, however. A new solution inevitably means a period of adjustment and the correction of the first bugs that managed to slip into our beta version.
Rest assured, though, that our teams are not letting up. All feedback is recorded and processed as quickly as possible. As an anecdote, that's more than 70 tickets handled over the last 15 days. Each week, our tool is given a new feature, improvements and fixes that make it even more pleasant and useful to use.
