Property, EPC, energy renovation - where do we stand?

As the regulations surrounding the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and renovation are constantly evolving, many buyers and sellers are wondering: is it still worth investing in a property to renovate?
A subject at the heart of current concerns
On Thursday 6 November 2025 at 6.30pm, RITMODiag and Les Bons Biens are joining forces to organise a conference open to all at the MoHo (16 bis Quai Amiral Hamelin, Caen).
The aim: to take stock of the current challenges of the EPC and energy renovation in a rapidly changing property market.
To answer these questions, RITMODiag and Les Bons Biens will bring together their expertise during a one-hour discussion followed by a convivial moment over drinks.
The speakers

“Many private individuals and professionals alike are today lost in the face of the changes to the EPC and the renovation obligations. Our role is to bring clarity and a concrete vision of what awaits the market in the coming years,” explains Thomas Louise, president of RITMODiag.
“On the ground, we are meeting more and more buyers who hesitate to invest in a property to renovate. The aim of this conference is to open up the dialogue and to show that, with the right support, renovation remains a fine property opportunity,” adds Arthur Serpette, manager of Les Bons Biens.
